The government has given unprecedented support to business during the pandemic but what help is still available? What support can you draw on to ensure your business is protected with the investment it needs and to protect jobs that are vital to the economy? And what initiatives are in place to help the economic recovery?
Join our stellar line up of speakers for this important webinar. If you are a small BAME business - you cannot afford to miss this.
Nadhim Zahawi MP, Minister for Business and Industry looks forward to engaging with the BAME business community to ensure they contribute to the design and the delivery of the “UK Business Bounce Back” in the re-start of economic activity post COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021.
This builds on a series of engagements with the BAME business community that the Minister has been at the forefront of during the COVID-19 response, including speaking at a previous webinar on BAME business access to support during the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year in June.
According to a paper published by the Diversity and Inclusion Business Council (DIBC) pre COVID-19 ethnic minority led businesses contributed a staggering £25-32 billion to the UK economy per year. Therefore, for the UK to retain its position as a global economic power-house post COVID-19, BAME businesses are essential to help re-start the UK economy.
This is your opportunity to not only hear what the Government has planned, and what is available, but also to ask any other burning questions, you may not have heard the answers to.
