1. Booth Set-Up Pre-Event
How do I set up my booth?
We send you an email invitation for you to set-up your booth. Please click on the “Set-up Booth on Airmeet” button. You will be directed to the platform. Log in if you already have an account. If not, register with the same email address we sent the edit access to. Once you are in, you will have access to your booth. Click on “Edit Booth Information” button located in the top right hand corner. If you have any comments, feedback or questions click here.
What information do I add to my booth?
To start with, you can add your logo, a banner image and a banner video and description. The description can be your bio, or information on your initiative / organisation/products/services.
Secondly, you can add resources to your booth. These can be pdf documents (articles etc.), brochures and pictures.
Lastly, please add your social links.
This can all be done in the area on the right hand side of the screen.
Which support will I recieve for set up?
There will be a Booth Set-Up video sent to you with instructions before the event. There will also be an online meeting 4 days before to check that you have everything you need.
2. During Event
How do I access my booth, on the day of the event?
All of the booths are located at the “Arena”. When you join the event, you will automatically be directed to the Reception Area. Use the icons at the left and side of your screen to navigate. Click on “Arena”, find your booth, and click on it.
How do I interact with the visitors?
You will find 6* tables at your booth, you can edit the names of your tables.
On the day of the event, you can welcome your visitors at your booth on video. To do so, please have a seat at a table of your choice by clicking on your chosen chair and wait for your guests to join in.
*please note that the amount of tables you can use will be included in your payment plan. Once you are done editing, click on save changes.
What happens if I am not present at the booth?
Your visitors can simply watch your banner video, read the description, check out the resources you provided, connect with you through the social links you provided and lastly, can register interest by clicking on the “I’m Interested” button. They can also direct message you when they visit your booth. When they do so, all exhibitors of the booth receive an email from Airmeet. The platform will share the visitors email address with you, so you will be able to follow-up.
3. Post Event
How do I follow up on my booth visitors?
As previously mentioned, all exhibitors of the booth receive an email from Airmeet. The platform will share the email addresses of visitors who pressed the 'I'm interested' botton with you, so you will be able to follow-up.
How will my billing work?
Simply purchase the booth package and you will be contacted by our support team to help you set up.
Who do I contact with any issues I have regarding my booth?
During the Wintrade Global Found You Online Summit, you will be able to contact the Event Co-Ordinator at any time if you have questions. Before and after the event, please send any comments, feedback or questions by clicking here.
